Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: fair to good. The blank top 2" was trimmed off. The poster had some tears and tape stains in the left and right borders. It had a 3" horizontal tear in the background to the left of the bottom of the "B" of "BRON" at middle right, and it had irregular tears in the background between the middle of Ringo and John. It had a few smudges and scuffs scattered throughout, more so in the white background areas. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking, and the restorer replaced the missing top blank 2". Either before or after the poster was backed, it was displayed, and the reds in the title faded somewhat. The poster can be displayed as it is, or a restorer could improve the red color of the title to how it originally looked, but bear in mind this significant defect before bidding on this poster.
