An Original Vintage Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) White Cargo, the 1942 Richard Thorpe British-in-Africa plantation romantic love triangle interracial romantic melodrama ("I Am Tondelayo!"; "From the stage play by Leon Gordon"; "Based on a novel by Ida Vera Simonton") starring Hedy Lamarr ("as Tondelayo"), Walter Pidgeon, Frank Morgan, Richard Carlson, Reginald Owen, and Henry O'Neill. Note that this was a notorious play from the 1920s that was toned down greatly for its Hollywood adaptation (most notably the title character was black in the original play, but became Egyptian/Arab in the movie). Important Added Info: Note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. The card has very slightly darkened and there is a tiny pinhole in Lamarr's jaw. Otherwise, the card is in nice condition.
