The Chocolate Soldier, the 1941 Roy Del Ruth military romantic love triangle musical ("Sights to see! Songs to hear! It's packed with pleasure!"; "Based on Ferenc Molnar's 'The Guardsman'"; Nelson Eddy tests his famous wife's love by disguising himself as a Russian wanting to make love to her, and he is overjoyed when she rebuffs him) starring Nelson Eddy, Rise Stevens, Nigel Bruce, Florence Bates, and Dorothy Raye

Important Added Info: Note that in the late 1930s, MGM (and perhaps some other studios) created some "jumbo stills"! These measured 14" x 17" [36 x 43 cm] and were the same size as jumbo lobby cards, but they were not color, and they are printed on a quality photo stock, and have the name of the movie in one corner of the image. They are quite rare!

Condition: good. There are pinholes in the corners and many stains scattered around the edges. There are some creases and a few tears in the borders (see our images).
