The Manchurian Candidate, the 1962 John Frankenheimer political conspiracy paranoia mind control science fiction (sci-fi) thriller ("If you come in five minutes after this picture begins, you won't know what it's all about!"; "You must not miss the first five minutes to know what it's all about!"; "When you've seen it all, you'll swear there's never been anything like it!"; "Based upon a Novel by Richard Condon"; about a platoon in the Korean War that was part of a mind control assassination plot) starring Frank Sinatra, Laurence Harvey, Janet Leigh, Angela Lansbury (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Henry Silva, James Gregory, James Edwards, Joe Adams, and Leslie Parrish. Note that Angela Lansbury was someone who entered movies looking middle aged and stayed looking pretty much the same for the next 50 years! In this movie, she plays Laurence Harvey's mother, when in real life she was only three years older than him!

Condition: good to very good. small paper loss in the lower left corner of the poster; creases throughout the poster (more so in the lower right extending into the woman's image); small hole in the upper left of the image background; pairs of staple holes, smudges, and stains around the edges of the poster; poster has darkened somewhat around the edges
