Not as a Stranger, the 1955 Stanley Kramer medical school hospital doctor melodrama ("Page by page... scene by scene..."; "Stands alone! First as a book... now as a motion picture!"; "Even as he reached out for her. Al's words came back to him, 'This isn't the kind of a dame you marry!'"; "The story of the making of a doctor... And the two women whose love made him a man!"; "Based on the Novel by Morton Thompson"; about all the pressures that students in med school endure in order to become doctors) starring Olivia De Havilland ("as Kris"), Robert Mitchum ("as Luke"), Frank Sinatra ("as Al"), Gloria Grahame ("as Harriet"), Broderick Crawford ("as Dr. Aarons"), Charles Bickford ("as Dr. Runkleman"), Myron McCormick, Lon Chaney Jr. (in a minor, very unsympathetic role as Mitchum's hopelessly alcoholic father!), Jesse White, Harry Morgan, Lee Marvin (in an early bit part, as one of the medical students!), Virginia Christine, Whit Bissell, Jack Raine, and Mae Clarke

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Condition: very good. The poster had tiny paper loss at the crossfolds, some creases and tiny tears in the top quarter of the vertical foldline and the right half of the top foldline, and some minor wear on the other folds. There were some pinholes and smudges around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
