Date Sold 10/27/2009 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 3 Original Vintage Theatrical Chapter 7 ("Flame Versus Gun") Movie Lobby Cards (11x14; LCs; measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Canadian Mounties vs. Atomic Invaders, the 1953 Franklin Adreon science fiction (sci-fi) action adventure serial (a bizarre combination of a Canadian Mountie adventure movie mixed with Russian agents setting up secret missile bases in Canada so they can attack the U.S.; basically, this was a standard adventure serial, trying to capitalize on the Cold War fears so prevalent in the U.S. at this time; note that the ad campaign for this movie included artwork of a prominent mushroom cloud, then the universal symbol for the aftermath of an atomic bomb detonation!; "A Republic Serial in 12 Chapters"; "Written by Ronald Davidson") starring Bill Henry, Susan Morrow, Arthur Space, Dale Van Sickel, and Pierre Watkin Important Added Info: Note that 2 of these lobby cards have been trimmed and now measure 10" x 13". Condition: good. Two of the three cards have had their blank borders trimmed off, and each of those has surface paper loss on the back of the center of the card and someone put a piece of tape on the back of that area.
