An Original Vintage Folded World War II Poster (measures 20 3/4" x 27" [53 x 69 cm]) (Learn More)

Stamp Out Black Markets, the 1943 U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("Stamp out black markets... with your ration stamps"; "Pay no more than legal prices") encouraging people to fight corruption, and featuring art of a giant thumb pressing a stamp down over an angry scoundrel.

If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good to very good. There are a few tears of varying lengths along the right edge of the poster that are mostly repaired with restoration tape from the back (as well as a few inches of separation in the right edge of the upper horizontal fold). It is otherwise in pretty good condition and after a simple linenbacking the poster will look great!
