An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Black Aces, the 1937 Buck Jones (who also produced the film) poker gambling cowboy western ("Story by Stephen Payne") starring Buck Jones, Kay Linaker, Robert Frazer, Fred MacKaye, and Raymond Brown. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Condition: very good. An extremely tiny amount of blank white paper was trimmed from the right end of both the top and bottom borders. Otherwise, the still is in pretty nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
