Collins (billed as "Lew Collins") seafaring crime melodrama ("An original story by Ethel Hill"; a wacky story of an Shanghai-like island where there are no laws and anything goes, and a beautiful socialite ends up there because she has apparently murdered a man, and she must fend off the unwanted attentions of the worst man on the island!) starring Dorothy Sebastian, Fred Kohler, Leon Ames (billed as "Leon Waycoff"), Gertrude Astor, Maurice Black, James Flavin, and Jason Robards Sr. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: good to very good. The poster had a half-dollar-sized area of paper loss at the top crossfold, but fortunately it was entirely in the white background area. There were some small tears and tiny areas of paper loss in the rest of the vertical foldline. There was minor wear on the horizontal foldlines and creases, smudges, small tears, and tiny paper loss around the edges of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well. Learn More about condition grades
