An Original Vintage Theatrical Chapter #12 (Hurled To Destruction) Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) The Woman in the Web, the 1918 Paul Hurst & David Smith silent crime action adventure serial ("Vitagraph's marvelous photo serial of melodramatic adventure") starring Hedda Nova, J. Frank Glendon, Hoot Gibson, Ronald Bradbury, and Otto Lederer. Note that Hoot Gibson was a real life cowboy who worked in Wild West shows and as a stuntman in movies of the 1910s. During this time, he was married to Helen Gibson, who was a major silent star. In the 1920s, he became a major star of B-westerns. This was one of his early movies where he likely was cast for his stuntman abilities. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there is a stamp on the back that reads "FROM THE COLLECTION OF Michael R. Hawks", who most would consider the premier lobby card collector and expert in the world (and he is still an active collector, looking for the last few items he needs!). Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. Note that this card is completely unrestored and there is not a single piece of tape on either the front or back! Learn More about condition grades
