He appeared in a few movies, including: Follow the Boys, Pin-Up Girl, and the Big Broadcast of 1936. He passed away in 1982 at the age of 75. Important Added Info: Note that this is one of a wonderful group of sixteen full-color postcards that were created by RCA in the early 1940s. Each features a major musician or vocalist who recorded through RCA, and each of the cards has a wonderful full-color portrait of that individual or group, or each has their name printed at the bottom with an image of the RCA dog and Victrola (see our images). We have never auctioned any of these postcards before! Condition: very good. The postcard was in an album and has some surface paper loss on the back of the top and bottom but is otherwise in nice condition. Learn More about condition grades
