Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had creases and scuffs on both foldlines, and pinholes and smudges around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but it was displayed and it has faded, which has caused the blue background to fade, and has also caused the restoration paint on the folds to be prominent.
