An Original Vintage Unfolded Special Travel Agency Poster (measures 28" x 42") (Learn More) Caribbean By Clipper, the 1954 airplane airline aviation travel poster made by Pan American World Airways to promote travel to the Caribbean (the lower right corner has a number, "2630"). The poster shows a great artwork image (by Jean Carlu) of a sexy girl in beach attire with one foot on the island of Jamaica and one foot on the island of Puerto Rico, with Cuba, Haiti, The Dominican Republic, and other tropical islands in the background! If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Artist: Jean Carlu Condition: very good. There are tiny tears and a couple of tiny areas of paper loss in the blank white borders, but otherwise, the poster is in nice condition. This week we have given a more detailed overall condition grade along with more details about the condition described in words. Of course, we could not describe every single defect, plus there are some defects (like creasing, tape on the back, extremely tiny pinholes, etc) which can be VERY difficult to see, even in our largest "super-sized" image.
