An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More) Escape from Fort Bravo (released in some countries simply as "Fort Bravo"), the 1953 John Sturges Civil War cowboy western ("MGM's great romance excitingly photographed in ANSCO Color"; about a group of Confederate soldiers who escape from a Union army prison, and they have to deal with the desert, hostile Indians, and the pursuing Union soldiers) starring William Holden, Eleanor Parker, John Forsythe, William Demarest, Richard Anderson, and Polly Bergen NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster had pretty minor fold and border wear. It had an NSS stamp on the back of the top right that slightly bled through to the front in the white background area. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
