Date Sold 7/31/2016 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. 4 Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Stills (Learn More) Never Say Never Again, the 1983 Irvin Kershner English/German/U.S. James Bond 007 secret agent spy espionage action romantic adventure fantasy thriller ("Sean Connery is James Bond"; "Based on an Original Story by Kevin McClory, Jack Whittingham & Ian Fleming") starring Sean Connery (as James Bond), Klaus Maria Brandauer, Max Von Sydow, Barbara Carrera, Kim Basinger (in her third movie role!; as Domino), Bernie Casey, Alec McCowen, Edward Fox ("as 'M'"), and Rowan Atkinson (in his first movie role!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these stills appear in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right of each still. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the stills were printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that they WERE printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us (and we have seen this on stills from the 1940s through the early 2000s, so it has certainly been done for an extremely long time)! So they are original stills from 1983, but they were printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
