Some pre-1970 half-sheet posters were machine folded twice horizontally at the poster exchange, while some were not. It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT machine folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets). Condition: good. The poster was rolled and it has many light vertical creases scattered throughout that are not that noticeable from the front of the poster. There is scuffing in Hepburn's hair and black clothing and scuff marks in the white background around the title, with one slightly extending into the bottom of the "T" of "TIFFANY'S" and a diagonal scuff mark extending into the left of Hepburn's dress and her skin above that (see our image). There are scuffs and smudges around the edges of the poster. There were a few tears on the borders that have tape on the back. This is the kind of poster that responds really well to restoration. It is likely that much or most of the scuffs and smudges can be removed chemically, and after proper restoration the poster will display well, but bear in mind the poster's condition and the cost of restoration before bidding on it.
