Dodge Treas.") encouraging citizens to support the American Committee in their campaign for $30,000,000 to assist people affected by the war. Note that this poster features Herman Pfeifer art of a child wearing a scarf. Artist: DP Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had unevenly spaced slightly diagonal folds. It had some pinholes, creases, and a few small tears around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects.
