An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) The Mystery of the Wax Museum, the 1933 Michael Curtiz New York City horror murder thriller ("Wax or flesh? --- you'll never solve 'The Mystery of the Wax Museum'"; "Better than Dr. X"; Lionel Atwill plays "Mr. Igor", owner of a wax museum which is burned down by his partner for the insurance money; Mr. Igor's hands are burned trying to rescue his wax figures, which are all destroyed, and years later, because he can't sculpt wax figures anymore, thanks to his burned hands, he begins killing beautiful women and dipping them in wax, for his new wax museum!) starring Lionel Atwill, Fay Wray, Glenda Farrell, Frank McHugh, Allen Vincent, Edwin Maxwell, Gavin Gordon, Monica Bannister, and Arthur Edmund Carewe.
