Artist: Renato Casaro Important Added Info: Note that this classic movie was as incredibly popular in Italy as it was in the U.S., because it was re-released in Italy many times. There was a 1966 re-release with this wonderful Renato Casaro art, and the same art was used again exactly for the 1973 re-release (the only way you can tell the two posters apart is by the distributor logo in the top right corner (it is black and white on the 1966 re-release, and black and yellow on the 1973 re-release). We have never seen this wonderful art on any poster other than these two Italian re-releases. Note that it is difficult to accurately date Italian posters, and some unmarked re-release posters can be extremely difficult to distinguish from first releases, so please bear that in mind before you place a bid. We used our best information to date this poster, but we can't always guarantee that the Italian posters we sell are not from an unmarked re-release, but this will only prove to be true in a very tiny number of cases.
