Came hordes of green monsters!!"; "The Martians are coming!"; "Photographed in Color") starring Helena Carter, Arthur Franz, Jimmy Hunt, Leif Erickson, Hillary Brooke, Morris Ankrum, Max Wagner, Bill Phipps, Milburn Stone, and Janine Perreau NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there is a 1955 re-release one-sheet for this classic sci-fi movie that looks very similar to the original release poster, and is often mistakenly sold as original. The poster offered here is 100% surely the original 1953 poster! Condition: very good. The poster has 1 1/2" of separation at the top crossfold and 1" at the bottom crossfold. There are small tears and tiny paper loss across the top foldline. There are two extra vertical creases to the left and right of the regular vertical crease. There are pinholes around the edges of the poster including several within the edges of the image. There is a pinhole and scuff marks in the lower left part of the image in the man's shirt and in the monster's foot. There are two pinholes in the background above the soldiers at lower right. There are creases, tears, smudges, small stains, and tiny paper loss around the edges of the poster. The poster is in far better condition than the above makes it sound! Its defects are basically minor, and the sort that are easily corrected during restoration. After linenbacking by a top professional, this poster would look wonderful, and there would be little paint anywhere on the image! Learn More about condition grades
