Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 7 1/4" x 9" [18 x 23 cm], but it does not appear to be trimmed.

Condition: good to very good. There is a 1 1/4" tear in the lower left border that was repaired with tape from the back. There are some faint creases and scuffs scattered around the edges.
