Brother Rat, the 1938 William Keighley Virginia Military Institute military academy romantic comedy ("From the play by John Monks, Jr. & Fred F. Finklehoffe") starring Priscilla Lane, Wayne Morris, Johnnie Davis, Jane Wyman, Eddie Albert, and Ronald Reagan. Note that two years after this movie was made, co-stars Ronald Reagan and Jane Wyman married, and remained married for eight years!

Important Added Info: Note that this preview was only given out for the single night when Warner Bros. held a "press preview" of this movie on October 11th, 1938 at "8:20 o'clock". I would have to think this is extremely rare! Note that the inside cover lists the credits for the movie, the third page lists a synopsis, and the back cover lists production notes, but that there is no illustration other than the flag image on the cover.
