An Original 1971 (from the first release of this movie in Germany) Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked German Movie Poster (12x19; measures 12" x 19") (Learn More) Andy Warhol's Trash, the 1970 Paul Morrissey New York City male-and-female-misfits-face-life-together melodrama (written and produced by Andy Warhol) starring Joe Dallesandro, Jane Forth, Holly Woodlawn (billed as "introducing Jane Forth and Holly Woodlawn"), Geri Miller, Andrea Feldman, and Sissy Spacek (as an uncredited extra!) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is one of three posters from this movie that were consigned to us by a collector who purchased them in Germany. he tells us that they were blank on the back and that he had them linenbacked. He says that he thinks they were originally in some sort of book or pressbook, which would explain why they were folded down the middle. If anyone knows more about these posters, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this poster contains an unclothed woman, so we have placed a white bar over that area, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual poster does not have that white bar! Condition: good to very good. The poster had scuffs and fine surface paper loss down the vertical fold, and tiny scuffs across the right half of the poster. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above, but they are really not at all distracting (and any restorer could easily touch them up without re-backing the poster).
