An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More)

For Those We Love, the 1921 Arthur Rosson silent romantic love triangle gambling melodrama (about a poker dealer in a gambling casino who rescues a drowning girl, which causes friction between her and her fiance, and then her brother loses her father's money at the casino, playing poker with the dealer and the casino owner, played by Lon Chaney Sr., but everything works out in the end) starring Betty Compson (who was also the producer), Richard Rosson, Camille Astor, Bert Woodruff, Harry Duffield, Walter Morosco, George Cooper, Frank Campeau, and Lon Chaney Sr. Your eyes don't deceive you! Lon Chaney is really ninth billed, even though this is a 1921 movie, when he had already achieved some prominence (but nothing like what he would have just a few years later). We don't know why he was so low billed, especially because he had a significant role in the movie. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography.
Important Added Info: Note that Lon Chaney is not billed or pictured on this lobby card. We long ago sold the title card, and he was not billed or pictured on that (and we can't find any advertising where he is billed or pictured!). Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has.

Condition: good. There are two pieces of tape on the back of the center of two borders, but they were not put there for any restoration purpose.
