Date Sold 5/15/2022 Sold For: Login or Register to see sold price. a lot of 10 issues of Modern Man ("The Man's Picture Magazine"; "The Adult Picture Magazine"), one of the many men's magazines from 1951 to 1976, which had stories and articles that were supposed to be of interest "to men", but they were mostly interested in the nude and semi-nude pictures contained inside! Once Playboy magazine was published in 1954, magazines like these started doing the best they could to imitate it, trying to have more sophisticated articles, but their main appeal was still their nude photos. This magazine usually had a full-color "center spread" of a nude lady, but they couldn't afford to have a fold out, so it was just the middle two pages of the magazine. Note that the items in this lot are from the 1970s. We do not provide a list of these items, but there are images of all of them. Note that this lot contains images with nudity, so we have placed white bars over those areas, for those who are bothered by such images. Of course, the actual items do not have those white bars! Measurements: 8 1/4" x 11"Note that we have provided a picture of the front cover of each magazine, but no other images. Please know that these magazines are sealed in bags and are ready for shipping, and we cannot answer any questions about them or look through them for you, so please bid (or do not bid) based on the images we have provided. Condition: very good. All the magazines are stored in bags with boards and will be sent to the winner that way. Please note that we briefly attempted to check to see if the magazines are complete and uncut, and we believe that they are. However, there is a slight possibility that we might have missed a small cut or a page that was neatly removed, and if that happens, you can return the magazines. We have solely provided an overall description of the condition of the magazine, but you can also refer to our super-sized images of the covers.
