An Original Vintage Unfolded Stage Show Poster (measures 28 1/4" x 42 1/4" [72 x 107 cm]) (Learn More) Hans and Nix, the circa 1908 stage play production ("The real fun show"; "A German Comedy True to Nature"; "The Positive Limit in Polite Comedy"; "Everything new but the title"; "Fun, Music and Song"). Apparently, Walters and Matthews were a pair of promoters who created this stage show called "Hans and Nix", which was similar to the Ziegfeld Follies, where they changed it each year, with all new acts and performers, and we have seen posters from two different productions, one with "The Drummer Girls", and the other with "The Tyrolean Girls". If anyone knows more about this stage show, please e-mail us and we will post it here. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has small tears and some tiny paper loss in the blank borders, with just a few of the tears extending into the image background.
