The Beautiful Blonde From Bashful Bend, the 1949 Preston Sturges musical cowboy western romantic screwball comedy ("She had the biggest Six-Shooters in the West!!!"; "A Screen play based on a story by Earl Felton"; "Written, Directed and Produced by Preston Sturges") starring Betty Grable (in the title role as Winifred 'Freddie' Jones), Cesar Romero, Rudy Vallee, Olga San Juan, Sterling Holloway, Hugh Herbert, El Brendel, Porter Hall, Pati Behrs, Dudley Dickerson, Harry Hayden, and Marie Windsor (in an uncredited role)

Condition: very good. The poster had a 3" diagonal tear in the upper left border that extended into the edge of Grable's arm. There was an NSS stamp on the back of the center of the poster which bleeds through in the right background area just above the title. Otherwise, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, but you can still see the repaired tear, and the NSS number slightly bleeds through (any restorer could easily touch up either area without re-backing the poster).
