Condition: good. There is small paper loss and separation at the crossfolds with tears above and below the middle foldline to the left of the vertical fold. There is a 1" horizontal tear in the vertical foldline halfway between each crossfold. There is separation at the left and right ends of each horizontal fold, and some small tears and tiny paper loss in the bottom foldline.
