An Original Vintage Theatrical 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) The Double Man, the 1967 Franklin J. Schaffner English murder mystery spy thriller ("Who is the man in the mask? The screen's most fantastic creation! The free world's most incredible challenge!"; "In the snow on a ski-slope high in the Alps a 16-year-old boy was found murdered. There were many theories on how it happened. The most incredible was THE DOUBLE MAN."; "Who is the man in the mash? The world's mystery man who can either save it from destruction or plunge it to its doom!"; "Based on a novel by Henry S. Maxfield") starring Yul Brynner (in the title role), Britt Ekland, Clive Revill, Anton Diffring, Moira Lister, and Lloyd Nolan NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us (and we have seen this on stills from the 1940s through the early 2000s, so it has certainly been done for an extremely long time)! So it is an original still from 1967, but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good to fine. The still is in very nice condition! Learn More about condition grades
