Soldatensender Calais (released in the U.S. as "Headquarters State Secret"), the 1960 Paul May German World War II (WWII) military action melodrama starring Gert Frobe, Helmut Schmid, Peter Carsten, Ingeborg Schoner, and Clausjurgen Wussow. The "Soldatensender Calais" was a radio broadcast done by the Allies during World War II and broadcast in Germany. They used people who spoke fluent German to make it sound like it was an actual German broadcast, and they used it to send out much incorrect information, both to mislead the Germans and to demoralize them. It was especially effective during the Invasion of Normandy, which this movie focuses on!
