Sylvan Simon New York City radio detective mistaken identity mystery crime slapstick comedy sequel ("It's Red-Roarious! Sky-High Skelton Fun!"; one of three movies where Red Skelton played the same radio detective, all with similar plots) starring Red Skelton, Ann Rutherford, Jean Rogers, "Rags" Ragland (former boxer and burlesque comedian who went to Hollywood in 1942 at the age of 37, and who appeared in a couple of dozen MGM movies until his death four years later), Ray Collins, Henry O'Neill, William Frawley, Sam Levine and The Brooklyn Dodgers baseball team! Note that a significant subplot of the movie involves Red Skelton, who is on the run from the law because they think he is a crazed serial killer, and who disguises himself as a member of a baseball team playing the Brooklyn Dodgers, which gives the filmmakers an excuse to show the real Brooklyn Dodgers, including manager Leo Durocher, and of course, the Dodgers were prominently billed on the posters! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. Most have pinholes or other minor defects including smudges and some staining in portions of the edges. The cards are otherwise in pretty nice condition and they have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind! Learn More about condition grades
