An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

Call of the Jungle, the 1944 Phil Rosen romantic crime mystery adventure melodrama starring Ann Corio, James Bush, Claudia Dell, John Davidson, and Eddy Chandler. Note that Ann Corio was a famous stripper at Minsky's Burlesque Theater in New York City. In 1940, she was said to have been paid $1,000 a week, plus a percentage of the gross! She appeared in a handful of movies in the early 1940s, and this was one of them.

Condition: good to very good. There are some smudges and pen marks around the edges of the card and some smudges in the yellow background areas. There is brown paper tape on the back of the bottom and right borders, but it was not put there for any restoration purpose.
