An Original Vintage Unfolded English Advertising Poster (measures 80" x 120" [203 x 305 cm]) (Learn More)

Jiffy Dyes, the circa 1930s English advertisement ("Every shade of the Palette") for Jiffy Dye (which was a company that made dyes used by the public to dye their fabric different colors) featuring colorful art of a woman in front of a painters palette. If anyone knows more about this poster, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
Artist: H.H. Harris
Important Added Info: Note that this English poster was printed in 4 sections, but that it was printed in an unusual way. Likely because they did not want a section of the poster to run down the woman's face at center, they did not print the top half of the poster in two left and right sections, but instead printed the center half of the top of the poster as one section, and then printed the left quarter and right quarter of the top half on an equal sized sheet! Since the poster has not been assembled, those left and right sections are still on the single sheet, and to assemble the poster, one must first cut that piece down the middle, so that those two sections can be placed on the left and right of the center section.

Condition: fair to good. The poster is somewhat brittle and there is paper loss across the top edge and there are several tears around the edges of the sections. Otherwise, the poster has survived pretty well considering its age and size, and after linenbacking, this beautiful poster will look fantastic!
