Deux Hommes dans Manhattan (released in the U.S. as "Two Men in Manhattan"), the 1959 Jean-Pierre Melville French New York City newspaper journalism crime film noir murder thriller (about two French journalists in New York City who are trying to discover what happened to a French diplomat who disappeared from the U.N.) starring Jean-Pierre Melville, Pierre Grasset, Michele Bailly, Jean Darcante, Christiane Eudes, Ginger Hall, Monique Hennessy, Jean Lara, and Jerry Mengo. Note that one of the two reporters is played by director Melville, and that, because the movie deals with Frenchmen in New York City, both English and French are spoken throughout the movie!
