Campbell Jr."; it is a re-make of the 1951 movie, "The Thing from Another World", based on the same story, and with James Arness as "The Thing") starring Kurt Russell, Wilford Brimley, T.K. Carter, David Clennon, Keith David, Richard Dysart, Charles Hallahan, Peter Maloney, Richard Masur, Donald Moffat, Joel Polis, and Thomas G. Waites. This is one of Carpenter's best movies, and in many ways it is more enjoyable and superior to the original version! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Surely this is because this was from the time when inserts were being completely phased out, and very few theaters ordered them. For every insert we have auctioned, we auctioned 25 or more one-sheets! The last time we auctioned an insert from this movie it sold for $1,300! Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. There are some tiny patches of very faint discoloration in some portions of the blank borders only. There is a tiny crease and scuff at upper center and there are a few light and fine creases within the image. Overall the image area is in very nice condition (see our image)!
