La Esquina De Mi Barrio (literally translates to "The Corner of My Neighborhood"), the 1957 Fernando Mendez Mexican musical melodrama starring Ramon Gay, Silvia Derbez, El Chicote, Salvador Flores R., Maria Luisa Zea, Yerye Beirute, Luis Aragon, and Pancho Cordoga. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this is a "country of origin" poster for this Mexican movie! Also note that this Mexican poster was printed in Mexico, but was intended to be used when the movie was shown in other Spanish speaking countries.

Condition: poor to fair. The poster is riddled with tiny circular areas of paper loss (see our image) and there are some other defects that can be clearly seen in our super-sized image. This Mexican poster is EXTREMELY fragile. Mexican posters were printed on a paper stock that often ages very poorly, and also darkens. This poster has darkened somewhat and is more fragile along the foldlines (but of course, any talented restorer could linenback the poster, after which it would look great, but it might require fairly extensive restoration). Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept how fragile it is, or are willing to pay to have it linenbacked.
