He is a member of Bruce Springsteen's E Street Band, in which he plays guitar and mandolin. He has also appeared in several television drama series, including as Silvio Dante in The Sopranos and as Frank Tagliano in Lilyhammer. Van Zandt has his own solo band called Little Steven and The Disciples of Soul, which has been intermittently active since the 1980s. In 2014, he was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame as a member of the E Street Band. Important Added Info: Note that this bookplate has been personally autographed (signed) by Steven Van Zandt! Included with the bookplate is the book it was created for, "Unrequited Infatuations: Odyssey of a Rock and Roll Consigliere (A Cautionary Tale)". Our consignor obtained this autograph in person at a book signing. He does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we are certain the signature is authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased (although we prefer they do any "authenticating" while the auction is "live" and before they place a bid) and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
