An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (LC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Wages of Virtue, the 1924 Allan Dwan silent romantic love triangle circus French Foreign Legion melodrama (based on the novel by Percival Wren; about a circus strongman who saves a pretty girl from drowning and she joins his sideshow, but his assistant falls for her, and the man kills his assistant and runs off with her, and joins the French Foreign Legion, and he becomes the owner of a cafe; an American falls in love with her, and when she discovers that her strongman boyfriend is going to marry a rich widow, she encourages the American; the two men have a fight and she gets in the middle of it and stabs the strongman to death, but the other Legionnaires say that he was killed by Arabs, which frees her to be with the American) starring Gloria Swanson, Ben Lyon, Norman Trevor, Ivan Linow, and Armand Cortez.
