Teacher's Pet, the 1958 George Seaton romantic May-December love triangle newspaper journalism teaching classroom education comedy ("The year's very forward look in comedy!"; "Geometry: A curve is the nicest distance between two points!"; "Physics: No two bodies can occupy the same space at the same time [but they can try!]"; "Chemistry: Compound of gin and vermouth is dangerous when shook!"; "Music: Latin rhythms have strange effects on senores!"; about a small town female newspaper editor who teaches a journalism class, and the editor of a major city newspaper enrolls in her class, pretending to be an aspiring journalist, but secretly wanting to show her up, only to become attracted to her) starring Clark Gable, Doris Day, Gig Young (nominated for the Best Supporting Actor Academy Award for this film), Mamie Van Doren, and Nick Adams

Important Added Info: Note that card #6 has been been personally autographed (signed) by Doris Day! Our consignor first met Doris Day in 1976 and became friends with her and over the next years he sent items from his collection to be signed and returned to him. His collection of Doris Day items contains over 10,000 items! He does not have a certificate of authenticity but we are certain the autographed lobby card in this group was absolutely signed by Doris Day herself!

Condition: good to very good. Most have a few minor edge defects. The signed card has some tape staining and paper loss in portions of the borders (due to rough removal). They are otherwise in generally nice condition.
