An Original Vintage Color 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) James Dean was the legendary actor who burst to fame in the mid-1950s with starring roles in East Of Eden (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), Giant (nominated for the Best Actor Academy Award for this film), and Rebel Without a Cause. He died in a tragic car wreck in 1955 at the age of 24 before Giant was released, but his fame remains undiminished to this day! Important Added Info: Note that we have never seen this great publicity still before, but it is clearly vintage to the 1950s! Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall!
