Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Lobby Card (measures 11" x 14") (Learn More) Western Luck, the 1924 George Beranger silent cowboy western ("Story and scenario by Robert Lee") starring Buck Jones (billed on some items as "Charles Jones"), Beatrice Burnham, Pat Hartigan, Thomas Lingham, and J. Farrell MacDonald. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Condition: good to very good. folded in half at one time darkening along the vertical foldline; tiny chip off on the lower right blank corner (see the image below); slight darkening along the lower left edge; minor creases along the foldline Learn More about condition grades
