Maureen Stapleton was an actress from the 1940s to the 2000s. Some of her movies include: The Rose Tattoo, Toys in the Attic, Interiors (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Airport (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), Reds (winner of the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film), and Lonelyhearts (nominated for the Best Supporting Actress Academy Award for this film). She passed away in 2006 at the age of 80.

Our consignor is a longtime collector who purchased this signed item from a reputable dealer, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic.
