An Original Vintage Theatrical Deluxe 7 1/4" x 9 1/2" (8x10) Movie Still (Learn More) Marguerite Clark was a leading actress from the 1910s to the 1920s. She started in 1914 when she was 31, but she was very small and child-like, and she had no trouble passing for a teenager! She was extremely popular in the late 1910s, but she hated acting, and she planned to retire "at the top". In 1921, she was voted the favorite female actress by the Quigley poll, and she promptly retired! Some of her movies include: Mrs. Wiggs of the Cabbage Patch, Snow White, and Come Out of the Kitchen. Clark passed away in 1940 at the age of 57. Artist: Hartsook Important Added Info: Note that this still measures 7 1/4" x 9 1/2", but does not appear to be trimmed. Also note that this is a deluxe still printed on double weight paper stock. Note that the still is undated, but it is clearly from the middle to late 1910s, when Clark was a major star!
