He Comes Up Smiling, the 1918 Allan Dwan mistaken identity screwball silent comedy ("Play by Byron Ongley and Emil Mytray. Novel by Charles Sherman"; a very complicated farce, in which business man Fairbanks decides to become a hobo, and a hobo steals his clothes and assumes his identity, and he steals another business man's clothes and assumes THAT man's identity, and many farcical complications ensue!) starring Douglas Fairbanks Sr., Marjorie Daw, Herbert Standing, Frank Campeau and Bull Montana. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
