Women in the War, the 1942 U.S. World War II (WWII) Home Front poster ("We can't win without them") encouraging women to seek jobs that help the war efforts, and featuring an image of a woman working on a bomb casing

Important Added Info: Note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube.

Condition: good. The poster has some rippling in a few areas (mostly at bottom), creases scattered in various areas and there are a few stains at right (on back which appear to be from ink or paint). There is some ink transfer scattered in the poster.
