Zatoichi, the 1989 Shintaro Katsu Japanese samurai action adventure thriller starring Shintaro Katsu (in the title role as Zatoichi), Kanako Higuchi, Takanori Jinnai, Ryuutaro Gan, and Yuya Uchida. Note that this was the 26th and final Zatoichi film starring Shintaro Katsu in the title role!

Important Added Info: Also note that this is a rare Japanese "B1" poster that measures approximately 28 1/2" x 40 1/2"!
