An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Title Lobby Card (LC TC; measures 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Sinners in Heaven, the 1924 Alan Crosland silent stranded-on-a-tropical-island romantic melodrama ("From the novel by Clive Arden"; about a pilot and a religious young English lady who are stranded on an island of cannibals; fortunately, the natives mistake them for gods and worship them, and they feel they will spend the rest of their lives on the island, so they declare themselves married, but when they are rescued, her friends and family reject her for having not been legally married and having "lived in sin", but he returns to her and "makes an honest woman out of her") starring Bebe Daniels, Richard Dix, Holmes Herbert, Florence Billings, and Betty Hilburn. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this title card, and that was 17 years ago! Also note that we have a scan of both the front and the back of this lobby card, which should greatly help you see what defects it has. Condition: very good. Most of the bottom 1/2" of the card is separated from the card, and there are two tiny pieces of tape on the back holding it together.
