Important Added Info: Note that after Hepburn's huge success in MY FAIR LADY, Paramount re-released FUNNY FACE with a similar ad campaign to the original, but the posters had a pink background. None of the items give a re-release date, but two tell-tale signs of the re-release are that it is identified on some of the advertising as "A Paramount All Time Greatest Production!", and that a tagline on some of the advertising includes the phrase "...she's the fairest lady of all!", a direct reference to MY FAIR LADY. Sometimes, items from this undated re-release have been unknowingly sold as being from the original 1957 release, because they are undated and from Paramount, the original releasing studio. Condition: very good. This poster was well restored, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). See below for this poster's pre-restoration condition (we are the only major auction company we know of that shares this information with our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). good. The poster had small paper loss at each crossfold and some small areas of paper loss on the vertical fold.
