An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Italian Locandina Movie Poster (measures 13" x 27 1/2") (Learn More) Len Deighton's The Ipcress File (released in Italy simply as "Ipcress"), the 1965 Sidney J. Furie English spy espionage crime action thriller ("The spy story of the century"; "Top Secret"; "Unbelievable... but true!"; "The most daring 'Sexpionage' story you will ever see!"; "From the breathless best-seller by Len Deighton"; "Screenplay by Bill Canaway & James Doran") starring Michael Caine (as Harry Palmer), Nigel Green, Guy Doleman, Sue Lloyd, Gordon Jackson, and Aubrey Richards NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this Italian locandina measures 13" x 27 1/2" and is folded. Condition: good to very good. There is a series of tiny holes in the middle of the left edge of the image that form numbers (typical of Italian posters of this period). There is a fold across the center with creases along that fold. It appears there was once a paper snipe over the top of Caine's legs (entering into the top of the title box and extending into the green background to the left and right of his legs), as you can see a faint outline of this box, but it is really not that noticeable at all (it appears to have left the paper around where the box was rippled, but this is more "felt" than seen. There are some creases and smudges around the edges of the poster, and a faint vertical line down the center of the poster. Learn More about condition grades
