It can be difficult to find an unfolded example of many pre-1970 half-sheet posters (note that most post-1970 half-sheets were NOT machine folded, so they are pretty much only found unfolded, and therefore this does not apply to those half-sheets).

Condition: very good. The poster was never folded. It has some smudges around the edges and small paper loss (and darkening) in the lower left blank corner.
